Here I share my 3 most useful Powerpoint add-ins - Acoolsoft PPT to Video, iSpring and PPT2HTML. Like excel add-ins once you install them they become available within the powerpoint menus. What's neat is that PPT to Video also manages to preserve your animations and transition effects from your original PowerPoint presentation.

What better candidate to take on that role as a career, than the assistant who regularly plans events from small meetings to large conferences. Some examples would be managing a company website, creating, editing and writing a company newsletter or creating promotional materials, invitations and brochures for marketing events.

This could include sympathy cards, thank you cards, birthday cards, congratulations on a promotion, a card to reconnect with a client you havent heard from in awhile, or many other reasons. I dont often promote any businesses from my blog, but I thought this one was worth talking about. Where's the remote thingy for the PowerPoint?

If you can prove yourself as a good worker you can go up through the ranks and because they already know how you work, they are more apt to promote you. Where's the remote thingy for the PowerPoint? I have seen admin assistants climb up the corporate ladder just that way. 5, 2010 at 12 p.m. ► February (5) We did it Canada!
