I knew that I could help him so in the first few months of working together I started to print out his email attachments and anything that he might need for an upcoming meeting. It allows us to easily email branded invoices to our clients, which they can then pay by mail or online. By recording payments as we receive them, we can just as easily monitor overdue payments and send email reminders. I sit in my car and check my email. We can also generate reports to track our income. You won't regret it.
