My mentor, Earl Shoaff, got me started on mine. A good book to start building your library with is How to Read a Book by Mortimer Adler and Charles Van Doren. In it, the authors give you some good suggestions on how to not just read a book , but actually get the most information out of it. We all need to build a good library.
