We have some very exciting plans in the diary for 2015 and I want to share them with you today. We have also introduced two regular features – ‘ A day in the life ‘ and ‘ Technology of the week ‘, both of which will continue into 2015. So, I’ll randomly send an email note to a team member that just says: “Thanks for a specific past action, so glad you’re here and what can I do to make your life better?” We send a weekly net promoter score survey to our entire team, and I read it every week. When something is expected, it’s hardly valued.
