As we head down the final stretch of 2011, I (like the rest of the world) am engaging in a little annual professional planning and review session. I would say, all in all, I’m pretty pleased with 2011. So, I’m making a very clear commitment in 2012 to maintain a 70/30 split. But there’s always room for growth.
