I went to Levin because they had a 50% off sale and if you purchased on the weekend, it was free delivery. I’ve bought furniture there before – a dining room set, some end tables, and I’ve been happy with the purchase. His generous price discounting has served to bring questions to my mind rather than create loyalty.

Offer deep discounts to show them that you are genuinely there to help them succeed. If they are unhappy with their purchases, work hard to repair the relationship between businesses. When you offer deep discounts you not only devalue your products or services, you devalue your brand. Keep following-up over a period of time.

Ask to pay in 60 or 90 days, or get an early payment discount. I have known people to go in blindly, purchasing an expensive site, before knowing what their internet strategy is, simply because they are intimidated by technology and a consultant told them that was what they needed.
