I left school without a clue as to what I wanted to do when I grew up. In London, I met my husband-to-be (now ex) and I ended up retiring and moving to the Caribbean for 5 years. March 2001 saw me heading back to the UK as a single mum with 2 young children and so started my career part 2. What does your career path look like?

Walk up a couple of flights of stairs to use the restroom on another floor or choose the one that is furthest from your office. They might remind you to take a walk at lunch or at least take a walk to pick up your lunch. Need a restroom break? Keep a pair of walking or workout shoes under your desk.
