We spent two weeks volunteering by doing conservation work with wildlife and vegetation in Tasmania, which is an Australian island and state off the Southeast tip of the mainland. Every Australian wanted less stress and to live free. Keeping this phrase in mind when you’re stressed and feel pressured is much more difficult.
