Try different keyboards and mice – there are many designs on the market. Position the monitor so the top is about at the level of your eyes and it is straight in front of you.

Every time I cue it up, I am in front of my keyboard ready to go. It’s an auditory signal that fires me up to write. Do I need to pick up detergent? Do I have to pick my up my laundry? After 50 minutes of writing, I just take a break, stand up, stretch, and get back to it after 10 minutes. Same Music.

She had to set up an away voicemail message and fortunately had kept a script of what her away message usually said, She worked for a doctor so it was important that the proper referral numbers were given.
