Is there a small piece of admin work that you know you could polish up really easily that will help your colleagues (putting a holiday request form online for example). If so, think about ways that you can offer them advise or go all out and offer to mentor them. We don’t want to make waves, we just want you moving again.

The holidays are quickly approaching and this is the time of year when we reflect on our successes and goals and also begin thinking about what we can do to reach the next level the following year.
