I was the person who kept everything in my Inbox because I hated to file. I hated taking the time to figure out where something should go, and in truth, I never found an email filing system that really worked for me. I even tried creating filters that would automatically file things for me. Just archive it.

I could spend millions of dollars on organizing products. And as far as addictions go, an addiction to beautiful organizing products isn't horrid. office/paper/organizing stores where I found all sorts of brilliant. Beautiful file folders. Hey.what office supply/organization tools or brands do you love?

It doesn’t matter if everyone else in the world thinks you’re as backwards as heck, if you’re organized, and keeping things together, keep on keeping on, you know? See, what I found was that when I would create folders to keep stuff organized, I’d create something that made sense to me at the time. The third thing.

Schedule everything and then be fiercely committed to protecting your schedule Any organizer worth her salt will tell you that you need to put things in one place and one place only. Most people think of email as an extended filing system. The problem is that email isn’t meant to be, or have, a filing system. I’m a Gmail user.
