pamelahazelton    Franklin Covey - been using that system for 10+ years. We also both have android phones and when I add appointments on my phone it syncs online and vice versa. Since we both have gmail calendars it automatically adds to the hubby phone/calendar. To-Do list! I added hubby on to view and edit.

Unlike traditional e-mail, Google Apps utilizes labels instead of a folder system for e-mail sorting and storage. Set 3 times a day to process what is in your in-box, moving processed email into a separate sub-folder. Lovin' Those Labels!
