Last month I picked up a copy of SUCCESS magazine because I knew I’d be in it and, you know, I’m vain. However, researchers also found that placing a priority on happiness —that is, creating a goal to remain consistently happy—“leads to feelings of depression and loneliness, and partly diminishes the happiness felt.” Look smart!
