Know your own weaknesses : Don’t get caught up in gossip. Tearing down another to prop yourself up is a huge waste of time. Take an interest in others.

We expend energy rushing through the day trying to keep up with ourselves. Emotional blocks – boredom, daydreaming, stress, guilt, anger and frustration reduce concentration. When you enjoy what you are doing, it reduces stress. When stress is reduced, you work more efficiently. Look for ways to free-up time.

I have the tendency to panic but I find it helpful to embrace the nervous tension because when I’m “psyched up&# , I tend to do a better job.
