I’ve had to resort to dialing on the phone, disconnecting and then using the car navigation system to redial. It just shuts itself off and restarts.

i.e. My boss will send an email with a cc to me and on the last line or buried in the message he will write something like “I have copied Patricia to set up a teleconference at a mutually convenient time.&# Sometimes e-mail is not the best way to communicate and it needs to be followed up by a phone call or face-to-face short meeting.

Although it’s been more than 7 months since I’ve published it, I still get a few re-tweets per week and a decent number of monthly thank you emails. After I finish, I send the generated mind map as an email attachment. For that, I’m using Quicksilver, the MacJournal shortcut and self-addressed emails. That’s all.
