What is the difference between an autoresponder and a newsletter?

Basically, a newsletter sends the same email to all subscribers at the same time. To this I would add that with autoresponders there’s typically an end point in mind, wheareas newsletters tend to be ongoing indefinitely. In a newsletter scenario, you might offer a new “class” each week to learn how to prepare a certain dish.
