Unlike the other applications I’ve covered ( Evernote and Dropbox ), there’s not really much to write about in terms of how I don’t use it. I can’t stress enough how much time Hazel has saved me because of the ability to set up either incredibly simple or complex rules. 2 Hat tip to Mac|Life for setting me straight with this rule.

With a myriad of hot spots wherever I go, there's little need for a wireless card, so my computing is no to low-cost, easily transportable, & right at my finger tips wherever I happen to be conducting business. That brings us to tip #1… Tip #1: Hire a virtual assistant before you need one. Tip #2: Know what you’re looking for. Someone may tell you what you “should” be giving up but hiring a VA is supposed to make your life easier – not more stressful or uncomfortable. Tip #5: Know where to look!
