And, at the same time, people were increasingly starting to rely on their mobile devices for much more than making phone calls.   Are you on other phone platforms?  We also have a mobile web app that's not as fully featured as our smartphone app, but it works with feature phones. I see how that can work.

  When people access the site from their phones, you have created a very clean and easy to navigate view.    Others were more difficult to navigate when on my phone.    Besides that, we use dropbox , evernote , and google docs to sync things that the whole team can access at any point.

Eisenhower’s Decision Principle inspired Covey’s Quadrant, so using the quadrant system and playing air traffic controller for a Monday’s many to-dos is paying homage to two lucid thinkers and gifted leaders. Put those videos in a Dropbox folder and share the link with your people. I like that thought. Flexibility.
