And, at the same time, people were increasingly starting to rely on their mobile devices for much more than making phone calls. Yes, we do think of ourselves as more of a personal assistant and not just a digital filing cabinet.   Are you on other phone platforms?  I see how that can work.

  When people access the site from their phones, you have created a very clean and easy to navigate view.    Others were more difficult to navigate when on my phone.    Besides that, we use dropbox , evernote , and google docs to sync things that the whole team can access at any point.
