Unlike the other applications I’ve covered ( Evernote and Dropbox ), there’s not really much to write about in terms of how I don’t use it. I can’t stress enough how much time Hazel has saved me because of the ability to set up either incredibly simple or complex rules. What that means is that I’m getting two apps for the price of one.

Someone may tell you what you “should” be giving up but hiring a VA is supposed to make your life easier – not more stressful or uncomfortable. Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box are all great options. A professional virtual assistant will not hesitate to provide the necessary legal documentation to do business with you.

My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper. LNM LOVES Dropbox! Then we found out about Dropbox. I cant live without Quickbooks Pro with the cloud document management app.

If I’m in the zone working on something (as I am now, in a Word document) and I’m suddenly reminded of a task I need to add to my to-do list, I’d have to click out of my current application, click into my task management system, determine the right place to log this item, perhaps complete some other unnecessary parameters (like due date, etc.)
