It’s also still the best, most universally (across devices) accessible way I’ve found to organize and use documents I’ve found.

My website is hosted on another platform so I have the security of being under someone else's umbrella and they have to do all the security work. So I think I have all those bases covered.

The photos are stored with some great features that I haven't seen in other smart phones.you can search by month or year. I often know what month I took a photo and I can simply click on that month and narrow my search down.

My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper. LNM LOVES Dropbox! Then we found out about Dropbox. I cant live without Quickbooks Pro with the cloud document management app.

I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet.   An iPad (or any Tablet) is a Must.
