File exchange: Dropbox, WeTransfer. Here are some examples of the “recipes” I used: Sync Dropbox file with Google Drive: Every time a VA saved or updated a file in our shared folder, the file would automatically upload to a designated Google Drive folder, which was useful for editing documents.

I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet. I have a data package on my phone and tablet so I can work from anywhere regardless of Wifi. Use a good task tool.

And anything stored on your hard drive can be retrieved from backup files (I use Carbonite for those who are interested). In theory, electronic tools are always in your pocket or just a click away—whether on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Things I had input on my phone wouldn’t show up on my computer and vice versa.

Once you created the model, XCode will generate the implementation files for your objects. Say you have an object called Task in Core Data, Xcode will take care of the implementation files, so all you have to do in code is to write something like: task.dueDate to get the due date property of a task.
