Many universities or even local business groups will offer etiquette classes, which many college kids dont even consider until theyre seniors and realize their manners border on the ape-like.

However, I think our etiquette hasnt caught up with the technology. I usually snap my fingers and say "Hey, over here!" We joke about it, but it is distracting.

Lunch n learns are also a good way to learn from each other. Administrative newsletters or bulletin boards where you can post tips or suggestions is a good way to learn.
