In at least ten white collar roles, more than 35 percent of tasks could be done by AI, with medical secretaries (41 percent) predicted to be the most impacted. Generative AI will have a much greater impact on white collar roles than blue collar ones over the next 10 years, according to a new report from Pearson.

Bad enough the customer support person has to listen to you being an ass; is it really necessary to bother 35 other people seeking a moment or two of peace in an airport lounge? Not every customer service representative is trained in conflict management and getting angry is surely not going to solve the problem.
