My favorite editing app is Aviary , but there are lots more out there like Adobe Photoshop Express and Google Snapseed. Try Keynote , Microsoft PowerPoint , Google Slides or even Canva to create a powerful presentation on the go. But of course there are apps for Google Drive , Box and Microsoft OneDrive. It’s social media gold.

An app such as Evernote can be linked to task running apps like Trello and Asana and even to your Google calendar. You can also link your PayPal to a Google spreadsheet making it easy for your calculations. For instance, you can post a photo on Instagram and in turn, it is downloaded in Dropbox. If This Then That (IFTTT).

I tried Omnifocus , Basecamp , Remember the Milk , Google Tasks , Evernote , and even a good old-fashioned Excel spreadsheet. I use Google Calendar as a back up for all my important dates, travel, appointments, etc. parents, travel companies, credit card companies, etc.) Talk about wasting time to manage time!!
