It would be much easier to keyboard it but I know it wouldn’t have the same effect as writing it by hand. I do feel much more comfortable with a keyboard than hand though. In the course of conducting normal business communication with him, I said something in a marketing tone (via e-mail) that wasn’t received the way I meant it to come across due to cultural differences. Sometimes it’s best to just walk away from the keyboard.
