When I travel, I take my laptop and Kindle Fire. My iPad has an awesome case and keyboard made by Zagg (in red of course to match my business brand!). I use Asana for task and project management, and the app is on my iPhone and iPad, so I can see all of my tasks at a glance and add to them if needed. . & Stay hydrated!

One of the reasons I became a Virtual Assistant was the flexibility to allow me to travel for longer periods of time, I now have the freedom of being able take my laptop and work from any location around the world. The ultimate project management victory: I crossed off my own death today. In this respect, a project is never “finished” in ADD. The graphical representation of a project in Assess – Decide – Do will look more like a spiral than like a Gantt diagram. Projects, tasks and events will start to fall into their places.
