The better course of action is to step back, realize that you need a new direction, and do the "Brain Dump" Grab pen and paper, get comfortable, and set the timer for 10 minutes. For bigger changes, enlist a mentor or professional coach to help you stay on track. We all do better with help, so don't try to go it alone!
