As we age, those road trips are something we have time to do more of but they cost a bundle. My husband drives his ’03 Tundra as a worktruck and has no intentions of letting it go. The cost of Notify can be off-putting as well. The other problem – which is difficult to work around because it is built right into the app’s name – is the notifications I received whenever an email arrived. Basically, I like how Notify gets out of your way, but I don’t like how it lets you know it’s there so often.

Slowing down only costs me a few extra minutes, but I arrive for my meetings relaxed and ready to be friendly and productive. By getting up a few minutes earlier (but still getting enough sleep): I’m less likely to be rushing out the door at the last minute. I’m less likely to forget something important. I waste a lot less gas, too.
