These are the basics in formatting movies in PowerPoint 2007. PowerPoint 2007 unfortunately doesn’t let you add movies from a DVD to a presentation normally. Refer to the individual add-in’s documentation for instructions on how to install and use it. Now, that would be cool to watch. This is part 1 of 2.

It is very hard to follow along when not all members have the document printed the same way. Minute taking made easier.

Copy from website, paste into HTML editor, use tables to organize content if needed, copy html from code tab, then paste into Static HTML Image tools: Fireworks, Gimp, even Powerpoint can create an image out of a slide. Don’t bother creating animated gif images. Facebook doesn’t like them. Bummer, I know.

Tip #2: When writing for others, be sure to retain copyright. Marketing material is stripped of sales language, and the info becomes a blog post, which becomes a podcast, which becomes the soundtrack to a video made from PowerPoint slides which becomes a YouTube video which becomes content for the website. Use everything you can.
