You end up in a new environment, learning new skills and meeting new people. It’s definitely worth the effort to leave a positive impression behind you. Use what you’ve learned.

I have been on some interactive sites where assistants ask questions and get answers and I learn from them as I have some of the same questions. Lunch n learns are also a good way to learn from each other.
