I would love to stay with my company; however, they are closing the one and only office in this state to centralize the admins; unless I move out of state, staying is not a viable option.".

Once you are a high-level assistant there are really only 3-5 people you can work for at any given company because you are overqualified for anything else. Q: You mentioned being headhunted consistently by Fortune 500 companies. A: I do agree doing all those basic employment tests are a drag, but companies still feel it's safe to do it and a good way to weed out candidates.
