I genuinely love the company I work for and have a great relationship with my executive. When we were a smaller agency, I was the EA and Office Manager for a smaller facility. That is the only thing that is different between a regular admin/EA and one that works for a Fortune 500 company. Paying dues is worth it for a reason.
