I have lists for the different holiday related categories – gift lists, holiday dinner menus and cooking plan, and festivities coordination (all the parties and fun activities!) Now, yes, having all of that organized is helpful but the gift list is really where it’s at. Then view the board in Calendar mode – boom!

Except in the case of “foodie” travelers, most people will pick restaurants based on convenience and location rather than the hottest artisanal eats. Using resources like Open Table will allow you to see all the top-rated restaurants around your traveler’s meetings and hotel. However, they don’t have to be mutually exclusive.

Apps World (April 20th-21st) is next up on the events calendar. There’s the U-Bahn (underground/subway) and the S- Bahn (above ground train) – at times you might switch between the two to get where you’re going. If locals are to be believed, Neukölln is the new Kreuzberg, and it’s packed to the brim with bars and restaurants.

Now's a great time to set a foundation and train your executive (if they are willing and learn to trust you) so a precedent can be set. The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. I recently sent an admin assistant friend a card to acknowledge all the hard work she does every day and included a gift of brownies. What a convenient way to send cards. She loved it! Dealing in real time.
