I like the ability to use natural language, but it is the tagging of events that really sold me. The tags allow me to colour code anything on my calendar according to the theme it falls under (Coaching, Deep Work, etc.).

I use some of these examples: Status labels – !Priority, I have a label for every client, then sub-labels for the main types of tasks we do for them, e.g. Events, Scheduling, Reference (handy for the ones I end up searching for/referring back to often). Get them into your calendar, projects and to do lists as appropriate.
