For example, remembering the number sequence of: 6-3-2-4-8-1-7-9 could be remembered easier if the sequence is chunked into: 63-24-81-79. Get hooked on mnemonics. Mnemonic devices boost memory through associations.

In my case, that meant removing/deactivating all social networking, communication, and calendar-type apps. I don''t use Drafts for messaging or email composition.

Thanks to Margit Crane of Gifted With ADD. I look at my to-do list at the beginning of each week and schedule my tasks in my calendar as if they were a client meeting. I found that if I blocked out time in my calendar, it helped me in a couple of ways. Keep An Editorial Calendar And Stick To It! Eliminate The Hate!

For example, if you have a video, you can use the whole video or clips, you now also have access to just audio, you can transcribe what you have and that can be used for articles, blog posts, social media content and posts, and as a manual to go along with your course.

Tame Your Email 1. Turn off email alerts when emails arrive in your inbox. If you know that you will never answer an email, delete it right away. Add dated or calendar items to a tickler file system or a diary as soon as they arrive. The trick for any of them is to learn to use MULTIPLE TAGS so that you can find them, otherwise – for example, your searches will pull up a thousand documents with the word ‘HTML’ in them.
