Before Dropbox, I worked for a tech start-up and was the executive assistant (EA) to the CEO of an aircraft leasing firm. For the past year and a half, I have worked as the EA to the Head of Dropbox Europe and the Global Head of Customer Experience, but my role has recently changed. Of course, managing a freelancer is not the same as managing a full-time employee or agency. We recommend setting up a shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder. Now my team and I use Dropbox , so it’s become my default digital filing cabinet. When I view it by file name, all of these past webinar alerts that I downloaded to add to my calendar appear together. These are already on my calendar so they can be deleted completely from my Sorting Folder.

Can you really coordinate calendars using Springpad? The actual coordination of calendars happens external to Springpad, but personal events and reminders set in Springpad can be automatically synced to iCal and Google Calendar. You can get more detail here. How does that work?

Of course, there are many other features, but these are the highlights, in my opinion. Since most of the shows I''ve hosted have had an interview or guest component of some sort, I go into Google Calendar and create a new calendar under the Productivityist banner that I can use for guest bookings. As with anything, doing that "front end work" may slow you down at first but will speed up things later on. Production.
