I’ve used it myself, and with clients, to establish new business relationships , referrals and even coveted book endorsements. If your real goal is a phone call, don’t ask, “Could we have a phone call some time?” a good time for me to call your office for a quick 8-minute chat?”. Instead, write, “Is Monday at 2 or 3 p.m.

We have assistants, literally from all over the world, booked onto the event. Just this morning we had our first booking from China. I know we have PAs also booked on from the States, Australia, Europe and South America. They also need to know how they can help support the goals and objectives of the business.

My goal for the routine is to get 20% of all activities done that are the most valuable, assuming that 20% gives me 80% of the benefits for achieving what I want (the Pareto Principle - Wikipedia link).
