In my readers example, the problem was the trials of working for multiple bosses when one or more of them is disorganized. If that is not happening, schedule yourself in their calendar. Keep up to date on their calendar and look ahead to see what is coming up and what your boss might need to prepare for that. Excellent material!

Add dated or calendar items to a tickler file system or a diary as soon as they arrive. The trick for any of them is to learn to use MULTIPLE TAGS so that you can find them, otherwise – for example, your searches will pull up a thousand documents with the word ‘HTML’ in them.
