It’s a two-part system, a message board and a calendar (see images below). The dry-erase calendar is magnetic on the back and is stuck to our refrigerator. We also leave things like coupons and entertainment books in there. The calendar serves to track what is going on in the month. Setting up your system.

BusyCal (M, I, $): I’ve used many different calendar apps, but this one was the one that stuck with me. The tags allow me to colour code anything on my calendar according to the theme it falls under (Coaching, Deep Work, etc.). This calendar is pricier than many out there, but when I love an app, then price is less of a factor).

Utilize your calendar to schedule tasks. Sit down at your calendar and block out the time for your tasks. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in. In the calendar. Schedule those activities on your calendar. Don't fill your calendar to the max.
