During the last couple of weeks I’ve taken traveling, talking and trying to a whole new level. The sabbatical was well-timed as I needed a break from all the travel I’d undertaken. The travel was rewarding, make no mistake, but it was taxing. The travel schedule I kept earlier this month can be trying.

To do this, open up your scheduled meeting in the calendar that you are using and click on “Forward as iCalendar&#. I'm going to try this.

Thats quite a bit of work that you could be catching up on throughout your day, each and every day. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task. Believe it or not, this can lower productivity.

When e-mails come in and you have set up your colors, you will notice that you have prioritized them by color. It’s the Carbonite iPhone app which allows me to access the online files that Carbonite has backed up from my desktop. The good: it allows users to browse, view and share backed up files on the move at anytime. txt files, pdf’s, presentations, spreadsheets, and probably several others. I can live with that.
