Try to eat healthy , and please make some time for exercise. My company has a cafeteria which is also very dangerous to the waist line. I make time every day to either go to Curves or go for a walk. If the computer doesn’t do what we want -- trick it, it is amazing what we can do if we put our minds to it. As long as the end product looks good, at times we have to be creative to get there.

Using e-mail is a great tool, especially if you are trying to cut down on company costs via international phone calls and postage fees.
