I often find myself pulled in too many directions, reacting to phone calls, email and other stuff that pops up. I used to try and squeeze them in between phone calls, emails and posting on Facebook, but there were days when I’d leave my office without accomplishing anything. Committing my priorities to words focuses me mentally.

I switch off my phone and stash it out of sight. How refreshing would it be to press reset on the hours I normally waste mindlessly scrolling through Facebook? Facebook bores me, but I’m itching for it anyway. During the lulls, I’m no longer a member of the pick-up-your-phone-to-fill-the-void club. I want the distraction.

And I'm always connected to Facebook, obviously. I like having a long battery life and having the full functionality of the Windows Platform on my phone.
