Meeting other assistants who work near by, who share the same suppliers, hotels, restaurants etc. This then took me into the arena of public speaking and gave me the opportunity to be on the PA panel at ACES 2014. I actually don’t have a laptop at home and conduct all my organising, social media and emailing through my iPhone.
