I’ve been out of the office for just over two weeks and having had a wonderful break catching up with family and friends I am now sat back at my desk wondering how it is already January 2013 and why did the Christmas and New Year’s holiday go so quickly! Well today I am back to work with a very large bump!

That’s why it’s helpful to force yourself to take regular breaks and get up from your chair. Nothing slows down my productivity more than a slow Internet connection.
