Apps like Sleep Cycle , Rdio , and Downcast are prime examples of apps I use regularly that are listed in my Apps button in Launch Center Pro. I''ve stopped using Launch Center Pro for most forms of capturing information, and as such don''t really use it to launch any notetaking or writing apps like Evernote or Byword.

For example, putting a colon or dash after a task an adding a context is something you can do that will add value to the task - and the app in the process. Clear ( Mac , iPhone ) would be an example of something that is simple, but it doesn''t scale terribly well unless you think outside of normal conventions.
