Some time before I was a happy person, on Fourth of July weekend in 2011, I moved out of my home and first marriage—and then my laptop quit. Another time, the editors emailed with an assignment while I was on a trip to ask Laura if she’d like to get married. For my own experiment, I used a fairly basic spreadsheet and phone alerts.

I also act as the central point of contact for both Directors which might include meeting clients/suppliers, telephone liaison and managing emails whilst they are away. I also get a lot of phone calls from an array of people about all sorts of things. I have been very lucky to be involved with Dance Proms since its launch in 2011.
