One of the things they recommended to executives was to use their electronic calendar to leave themselves reminders. . -- Wait a minute! Our office manager updates it every morning.

But we still manage to create MAGIC together. Their favorite product line or their favorite booth in the restaurant. We continually look for ways to make it FUN. I have found that it is the simpliest pleasures that bring the most joy. Our customers feel the same way.

Here are some reasons I think managers can get possessive: Im not sure I can trust you. A manager has to have confidence that you know how to do your job. I never wanted to be a manager.

If there are any deadlines or appointments, put them in your boss’s calendar or task list with appropriate reminders. Happy trolling!

That makes it difficult when I am supposed to be organizing his calendar, but since I am responsible to organize his time and in spite of my frustration, I have to make it work. So what can you do when your boss is ruining your perfectly scheduled calendar? Internal meetings can usually be changed more easily so start there.
