It all started in 2001 when I launched a service business based on just an idea. I traveled the world from Australia to Switzerland, selling tickets and packages to corporate clients for the world’s largest sporting events. At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, I supplied tickets to more than 8,500 people, netting over $1 million in profits.

A big, inspiring “why” propelled Justine Flynn and her co-founders to launch their company, Thankyou, in 2008. In October 2001, with three children under 4 (including an 8-week-old), I moved from Australia to Dallas with my husband, Andrew, who’d been offered a job. Trust your capabilities. I recall slapping my face to reset the image.
