Between 2001 and 2015 median U.S. .  And according to the Pew Research study  American Families Face a Growing Rent Burden , 38% of these households are "rent burdened" Pew defines rent burdened as any renter household that spends more than 30% of their income on rent.

 An interesting study from the Frontier Group found that between 2001 and 2009 the average yearly number of miles driven by 16-34 year olds had fallen 23%. The large cohort of aging baby boomers are driving less due to the lifestage shift to retirement.   But an even bigger driver is young people are driving less than in the past.

The founders simply have to include these in their articles of incorporation (or add them later).   The non-profit sector has been a growth sector over the last decade.

  This is up 5 years from a similar study done by Age Wave in 2001.  .  The other interesting finding is the expected age of retirement has increased substantially over the last decade.    According to the study, the respondents expect to work to age 69.
